Witzenmann is a member of the ‘’Top Women Baden-Württemberg‘’ network, in which Christine Wüst (CHRO) acts as a sponsor for sustainability. We offer targeted cross-company mentoring and training and are committed to an inclusive corporate culture through our participation in Christopher Street Day and our signing of the Diversity Charter.

In 2025, we will host the Empowerment Summit for the first time, at which companies from the region will provide new impetus for equality in the world of work. We know that Diversity is a shared responsibility - therefore we rely on a holistic diversity strategy that includes everyone.

On March 21, 2025, Witzenmann invites to Pforzheim to celebrate gender diversity and equal opportunities as core values of our corporate culture. The event offers a great opportunity to connect with industry experts, explore new strategies, and expand networks.
